I have every right to post the artwork on my social medias.
When to pay? either upfront or after you receive the finished piece.
If you pay upfront, you will be able to get all the w.i.p.s you'd like, however if you decide to pay after i finish, you won't get w.i.p.s and you will be required to pay when i send you a censored version of the finished product.
